Dell Advisor, Sales Operations in Xiamen, China
Responsible for managing the internal sales force selling to large complex customers within a geographic region and within a specific market. Motivate sales force to sell products and services through effective management of sales incentive, career development, reporting mechanisms and one-on-one relationship building.
Attain targeted sales goals and performance through the effective management of the daily operations of the sales force;
Analyze various sales reports to determine buyer/buying influences and project sales to establish quotas;
Resolve complex customer concerns regarding the sale/delivery of products with customer and internal departments such as manufacturing, customer service, and financial services;
Participate and close large sales opportunities with sales representatives;
Provide management to a unit by establishing goals and objectives, assigning tasks and reviewing work at frequent levels.
College diploma or above, 7+ years sales working experience with 3+ year in people management role;
Proven track record of success in managing a sales group to achieve targets;
Have experience and ability to coach sales on achieving targets by focusing on processes and metrics;
Good at developing and coaching direct reports to continuously improve their individual performance;
Good in English writing & reading;
