Job Description

Coordinates registration, scheduling and insurance information of patients. Provides reception and office/administrative support for department operations. Facilitates departmental communications.


  • High School Degree or equivalent diploma, required.

  • Minimum of one (1) year hospital or medical office experience, required. Experience with Medical Terminology, Scheduling and Insurance, preferred.

  • Excellent verbal communication skills, good organizational skills, and ability to plan and meet deadlines.

  • Must be computer literate; familiarity with MS Office applications, required.

Ability to read, write and communicate in English required.
