Preparation of proposals/bids, contract negotiation and compliance with contract commitments and commercial risk assessment.
Develop proposals; negotiate with customers; ensure deals deliver shareholder value; drive competitive pricing. Works on the basis of a predefined sales plan. Professional products. Sales rep has to understand technical workings, conditions of use, specifications etc. Discusses sales approach with manager. Leads a department of medium-large personnel costs.
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or Diploma with at least 4 years of experience in Sales with technical knowledge in Substation Automation and Protection system.
Strong oral and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. Ability to work independently. Strong problem solving skills.
