Role Summary:

Assist in the execution of the strategy, future direction, and product roadmap delivery for GE’s Identity & Access Management technology solutions. To help create secure, standardized and automated Identity & Access management environments. The ideal candidate will have prior experience with IAM systems and be familiar with the entire lifecycle of access management for users across various platforms, databases, privileged access, reconciliation, cloud and integration with credential stores.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Strong knowledge of security concepts in technologies that intersect with Identity Management

  • Work on cross-functional projects and teams to deliver security solutions for the business

  • Act as advisor and coach to junior team members

  • May allocate and be responsible for the quality of work in others, including leading teams of teams to accomplish project deliverables

  • May train new team members in specific technology or process area

  • Communicate across direct organization and across the Identity Management function in area of expertise Qualifications/Requirements: Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field

  • Minimum of 6 years with relevant professional experience in Identity and Access Management, and Cyber Security

  • 2+ years experience in RSA Authentication Manager and Adaptive Authentication in complex environments

  • 2+ years experience with troubleshooting issues with RSA AM and other supporting technologiesEligibility Requirements:

  • Must be willing to work out of an office located in Glen Allen, VA. Desired Characteristics:

  • Good understanding of protocols and systems like LDAP and UNIX, Linux and systems like Active Directory, SAP, CyberArk, etc.

  • Experience with an Identity Manager: Oracle Identity Manager or Sun IDM, Sail Point, etc.

  • Experience with Single Sign-On Solution: Ping Federate, Oauth2.0

  • Experience with an Application/Web Server: WebSphere, Jboss, Weblogic, Tomcat

  • Languages: Java, SQL Queries, Scripting languages, Stored procedures

  • Web Technologies : HTML, XML

  • Operating Systems: Windows 2008/2012, Unix, Solaris

  • Tools: VMware Workstation, LDAP Browser, SQL Developer

  • Oracle Database : 10g/11g, MS-SQL Server 2005/2008+ Candidate should have experience with administration of MultiFactorAuth entication solutions, such as RSA Authentication Manager, including administrating authentication agents and configuring authentication policies

  • RSA Identity Router experience strongly desired

  • AM Prime - RSA Self Provisioning Portal experience strongly desired

  • RADIUS server and protocol experience with Steel Belted RADIUS preferred

  • Experience working in a global organization
