Controller / CFO
A technology company based in San Diego is looking to add a Controller or CFO to the team.
The Controller (or CFO), is responsible for the day to day, as well as strategic oversight of the company's Finance and Accounting team.

This is a hands on role, and you will be expected to review the month end process - assisting when necessary. There is the option to make this a CFO role if the candidate has the necessary experience in Finance, for example, heavy budgeting and forecasting knowledge, strategic planning, bank and investor understanding.
You will also be asked to oversee other departments on the direction of the CEO and where you have had exposure to other departments - such as HR, etc
Cash Management and forecasting
Bank relationship management
Senior adviser to the CEO
Degree in Accounting or Finance
CPA highly preferred
15 years of Accounting and Finance experience
High level of confidentiality
Good leadership skills and the ability to grow teams as the business continue's to grow
Budgeting and forecasting
skills: Budgeting, General Ledger, Finance, Financial Analysis, Forecasting, Bank Relations, Leadership, Cash Forecasting/Cash Flow
