Key Responsibilities:

Develop, manage, own and advocate for the customer reference program:

  • Work with Sales Executives and Account Managers to develop and build relationships with existing customers, curating compelling success stories that speak about how these customers use Dell services

  • Recruit and develop a portfolio of customer references while maintaining and updating reference assets and customer content in a centralized repository

  • Ensure customers’ needs are managed and met during the reference process and comply to Dell legal requirements

  • Own and manage day-to-day fulfillment requests from Sales and across Dell for Dell Services

  • Develop a ROI dashboard to track usage and impact of assets on sales engagements and report on outcome metrics for strategic customer engagement

  • Innovate/experiment with new ways to communicate customer stories driving continuous improvement in the Customer Reference delivery

  • Create and execute plans to scale the customer reference program in recruitment, reference nurturing and reference fulfillment

  • Administrate Dell’s corporate reference tools to ensure ease-of-use functionality and asset tagging for publication and maximum exposure

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simply explain complex topics with great interpersonal style

  • Strong program management experience with attention to detail

  • Professional presence, a positive and enthusiastic demeanor, and a critical ability to build and sustain relationships

  • Ability to achieve results in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with competing priorities and limited resources

  • Analytical, sales, and/or database management skills a plus

  • Bachelors and 8+ years of related experience
