Core Responsibilities

  • Monitor team tasks/activities

  • Communication/investigation/follow up of processing failures/Recon Breaks and exceptions

  • Provide Level 2 support to Business/Users

  • Prepare reports to be sent out to senior management

  • Escalate to senior management as required

  • Have regular meetings with seniors to ensure the project is on track

  • Coordinate with different groups to ensure all deliverables are completed on time and all teams work towards a common goal


  • Bachelors Degree with 9+ years of experience

  • Post Graduate with 7+ years of experience


  • Worked in Financial service preferably finance functions SQL

  • Strong communication Skills, able to articulate and drive decisions

  • Good content knowledge in Finance/Regulatory domain
