Inside Sales Management is all about managing, inspiring and motivating professionals at all levels to deliver against targets. Key Responsibilities

Dells Federal business is hiring, and we're looking for a strong leader to join our team of talented Inside Sales Managers. If you are a strong Sales Leader who has a solid background in building relationships, a true passion for selling, proficiency in acquiring and growing accounts, and the desire to provide the best solutions for our customers, we would love to hear from you!

The Inside Sales Manager will ensure Dells products and services are sold to specified customer segments (via telephone, web, or e-mail) through the effective management of inside sales team.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Directs the efforts of others in the achievement of the strategic and operational objectives of the group.

  • Manages the hiring, staffing and maintaining of a diverse and effective workforce.

  • Responsible for career development/planning, performance and pay discussions of team members.

  • Owns achieving their assigned sales quota.

  • Assigns tasks, checks work at frequent intervals, and maintains schedules of team.

  • Interacts with cross-functional groups (e.g., End user Sales Organization, Services, Software and Peripherals, Finance, Operation) to solve business and customer issues.

  • May be responsible for quota setting at the team/individual level.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience.

  • 4+ years leadership experience.

  • Understands customers business environment from industry and vertical perspective.

  • Strong business and financial acumen.

  • Able to handle multiple projects.

Preferences:

  • Undergraduate degree and 6+ years relevant experience

  • Graduate degree and 4+ years relevant experience.
