The Customer Fulfillment Coordinator will be responsible for defined work or projects with moderate complexity. In this role, you will follow an individual work plan, meet day to day short term objectives, and resolve issues through immediate action or short term planning.
Manage all activities associated with the Order to Remittance cycle for your specific customers/accounts.
Be responsible to interface with various levels of the organization for key updates.
Need to be able to utilize resource documents to identify part affectivity based on customer demands.
Will need to build customer relationships with the assigned customer for sales and provide assistance to the customer in identifying new opportunities.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma/GED with a minimum of 2 years in a customer service capacity).
Strong oral and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to effectively interface with all levels of internal and external customers
Experience with the jet engine overhaul and repair processes
Knowledge of maintenance operations
Knowledge of turbine engine parts, experience in reviewing, understanding, and verifying quality and trace documentation as required by various regulatory agencies
