The Quality Control Manager oversees quality control program and is responsible for the consistent execution of the Quality Control for NAM CBSU Retail and PWM group. The QC Manager is responsible for aggregating quality control results, performing and documenting Root Cause Analysis, creating remediation and corrective action plans as well as tracking and reporting on those plans to ensure they are being carried out and having the intended impact (improving quality results). The QC Manager must collect and report results to the required stakeholders as identified in this procedure and is responsible for escalated any necessary results, issues or disputes as described in this procedure. The QC Manager must also evaluate the effectiveness of the QC Reviews process and make enhancements as needed. The QC Manager is also responsible for ensuring process alignment to the Post Execution Quality Review process.

  • Perform Quality Reviews and Measure Quality of Execution

  • Communicate findings to all stakeholders

  • Address disputed findings from Operations team

  • Analyze results to identify patterns/root causes

  • Generate MIS and report results to stakeholders

  • Develop and Execute Corrective Action Plans related to KYC execution (includes training, procedure revisions, system enhancements)

  • Track, Report and Escalate (where necessary) CAP progress to governance forums

  • Periodically evaluate Quality Control Framework to identify opportunities for improvements based on lessons learned and feedback

  • Responsible to lead other quality control driven responsibilities to support the operations team sustainability requirements and deadlines

  • Project Manage various quality related projects and initiatives

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of Project Management experience required

  • Proven track record of 3+ years of relevant KYC/AML knowledge

  • Experience working in a past pace, dynamic environment

  • Ability to work independently and under tight deadlines

  • Attention to detail with strong follow-up

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Experience with MS Office tools: Access, PowerPoint, Excel and SharePoint

  • Experience and knowledge of AML and KYC

  • Have a proactive approach to business issues, identifying areas of improvement & enhancement

  • Ensure proper and effective governance of tasks and processes with reference to internal policy & external regulation
