Dell Consumer and Small Business Targeting - Business Process Engineer, Advisor in Eldorado do Sul, Brazil

Responsibilities

  • Work with Business users to define and analyze Audience needs

  • Coordinate requirements gathering from the Business, liaise with Audience Selection partners to ensure delivery meets quality and speed expectations; Drive adoption by the Business, educate stakeholders; Act as subject-matter expert on business processes of assigned area

  • Articulate and communicate Business needs & requirements to the Targeting team

  • Ensure continued coordination between Business and Targeting team, refine operations for speed and quality

  • Consider the implications of business solutions to the current and future environment

  • Review vehicle and business health reporting to ensure campaigns are delivering results consistent with objectives; Devise or modify procedures to solve problems considering resources, time and form of desired results

  • Define business requirements while designing, developing and testing moderately complex knowledge capture processes and engineer elaborate workflows, search capabilities and measurement approaches

Requirements

  • Good understanding of Marketing Campaigns, vehicles, Contact Strategy and Operations

  • Excellent communication & collaboration skills

  • Work closely with the Business in meeting their data needs and understanding data requirements

  • Generate routine and ad hoc reports, graphs, and presentations

  • In collaboration with others, interpret data and develop recommendations based on findings

  • Database marketing experience with multi-touch targeted communication strategies

  • 5+ years of proven experience in data Analytics or Marketing Operations or Marketing Program Management

  • Build and maintain SQL queries for data analysis and data extraction

  • Willingness to learn new tools/languages. These include Tableau, PowerBI.

  • Experience in global or remote Services/Business support type of environment

  • Experience analyzing Marketing vehicle or campaign performance, optimizing customer experience

  • Experience championing process improvements, best practices and knowledge sharing within the organization as it pertains to business intelligence, analytics and data integration capabilities

  • Experience designing and implementing new functional systems or processes
