Your Role as a Training Administrator:

Responsible for providing administrative support to the Education Department. Demonstrates strong

understanding of process and project management and has excellent organizational and communication skills.

Uses a keen attention to detail in managing the training calendar and keeping employee training transcripts

Major Responsibilities:

  • Manages the training calendar, inputs all training/learning events, sends training confirmations, logs participant data and notes trainer availability

  • Accepts training requests and assigns trainees to various training/learning events

  • Communicates training request approvals and details to all relevant teammates

  • Coordinates & tracks all training/learning events & communicates status and changes to the supervisor

  • Audits training evaluations and alerts management of potential employee skill and behavior gaps

  • Partners with department heads, sales managers & others to keep a list of certified trainers up-to-date

  • Stores training evaluations digitally, creates reports based on data & communicates trends to the team

  • Manages the compliance courses & confirms each employee completes the necessary courses on time

  • Speaks with managers & other supervisors to confirm training events

  • Performs other reasonable duties as required.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

  • University degree preferred

  • Must have at least 2 years of administrative experience.
