Basic qualifications:Our area characterizes by supports timely and accurate processing of GSK Direct Customer Registration, contract membership changes and Customer Master Data updates.

As a member of this team YOU can work with The membership and eligibility setup drives accuracy of customer information, contract pricing, chargebacks and rebates and directly feeds the government pricing calculations and downstream reporting. Membership and eligibility information impacts downstream systems used for reporting to make strategy decisions.

This role gives YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, the main of these are:

Independently and accurately setup and maintain customer records and identifiers for contracted members in

accordance with applicable processes, policies, procedures to ensure accurate product and pricing access, payment of

rebates and ASFs, chargeback processing and government pricing calculations.

Responsible for ensuring accurate and timely purchase contract membership setup, customer master data maintenance

and for roster based segments ensuring appropriate contract eligibility.

Responsible for the daily processing of GSK direct customer registrations, bill to updates, State License/DEA

Maintenance and DSCSA electronic ASN customer updates.

This role will also review and action customer/trading partner requests and inquiries.

Importance of compliance and execution of contract obligations (timeliness and accuracy) is critical to the on-going

business operations and accuracy of government price reporting.

We are looking for professionals with these characteristics to achieve our goals:

· High English proficiency in both written and verbal communication.

· Intermedite excel

· Customer Service Oriented.

· Bachelor’s degree.

· US Visa

· Excellent problem solving skills in a highly integrated interdependent environment.

· Use correctly ADP tools (Problem Solving, A3, AAR).

· 3+ year experience in a similar role is required.

· Prior experience working with Multinational Company and or Shared Services.

Preferred qualifications:However, if you have the following, it would be a plus

· Excellent communication and influencing skills that assist in effective team management and partnering with business leaders to achieve positive results.

· Strong leadership skills.

· Ability to prioritize multiple tasks with varying degrees of complexity and apply project management skills.
