Requirements: 3+ years of experience as a UI Designer on web and / or mobile projects. 3+ years of experience working directly as, or in coordination with, a web (front-end, HTML/CSS) or mobile developer. An understanding of contemporary user-centered design methodologies and best practices. Intuitive sense of design and some natural artistic ability. Clean visual design sense. Expertise with Sketch, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop; proficiency with other tools of the design trade. Some experience in producing IA deliverables like use cases, user flows and wireframes. Understanding of usability, heuristic evaluation and ability to suggest improvements to design. Sensitivity to the purpose of brand and its accompanying guidelines. Excellent communication and ability to work cohesively within a team. Strong organizational and documentation skills. Must be able to follow direction well and follow project guidelines closely. Must be deadline oriented and be able to finish threads. Passion, energy and enthusiasm to drive results. Strong analytic abilities. This position requires the ability to evaluate complex technical, business and user requirements and create practical solutions.
