A stable and established research firm is hiring an Accounts Payable/Office Manager for their small office in Downtown San Francisco. This is a friendly and well-kept office, located conveniently near the Embarcadero Bart and Muni. The Accounts Payable/Office Manager will be responsible for paying the weekly invoices up to 30 a week, will order supplies, answer the phone and assist employees with expense reports. This is an open and newly refurbished office with excellent views of the city. The ideal candidate will have some experience with Accounts Payable, will be reliable and dependable to get to the office on time and has strong communication.
