About the Role:
Reporting directly to the President of Lending Solutions, the Senior Business Analyst role offers motivated candidates an exceptional chance to fast-track their career and change the face of financing software in North America.
You will work in a chief-of-staff-style position that supports all leaders and all areas of Fiserv’s Lending business. You’ll have a voice in strategy, finance, technology, sales and product discussions as you interact daily with our world-class executive team. You will drive initiatives addressed to Fiserv clients and owners, including our business unit President. Most importantly, you’ll benefit from a direct supervisor who values mentorship and has experience taking over a dozen analysts to the next level.

Your work will improve the way millions of Americans own their homes and the way millions of Canadians apply for car loans online. You’ll participate in FinTech’s transition to Blockchain and software’s transition to the cloud. As you work on these problems, you’ll learn to pair the operator’s instinct for practicality with the strategist’s search for the best idea.

Participate in the annual strategic planning process and other high profile planning initiatives
Interact with clients and help the team prepare high profile sales presentations
Support merger and acquisition projects across the business
Prepare monthly operational reports reviewed by Fiserv’s Board of Directors and CEO
Anticipate and proactively manage ad hoc deliverables for the President of the business unit
Maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders and leaders
Plan meetings, ensure participants are prepared, capture major take-a ways, and work with executive team to ensure follow up

Bachelor’s degree required
o Minimum 2 years’ experience in a consulting or a similar role
o Experience managing complex work streams with minimal guidance
- Preferred: Investment banking, management consulting or private equity experience
